About School

JMJ Global School, Tenali, is one of the organizations of the Society of J.M.J.(Jesus Mary Joseph),which was started in Holland in 1822 by Rev.Fr. Mathias Wolff S.J., with the aim of promoting education. The Society extended its services to Indonesia, India, Rome, Australia, Africa and America.

Rt. Rev. John Allen, the Arch Bishop of Madras, invited the JMJ Sisters to Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, to develop the women through education in 1904.The JMJ Sisters spread through various parts of India.

Rev. Sr. Stanislaus SwamiKannu Pillai was the architect of educational apostolate in India.
